1:1 COACHING

I offer a compassionate, holistic and evidence based approach to help you achieve your goals and address your concerns. Whilst Nutrition & Healthful Eating are my main areas of expertise, my support is based on the Six Fundamental Pillars of Lifestyle Medicine that have proven to bring longevity and vitality to your life, and to help manage chronic illnesses. 

And what is Lifestyle Medicine you may be asking yourself? In a nutshell, it is the combined effort of making specific lifestyle changes to live a healthier life in a healthier body. 

 

The support I provide is entirely bespoke and depends on the outcome of an Initial Consultation. Upon review of my findings and further investigation** if needed, I create a bespoke Wholesome Lifestyle Plan that is tailored to the level of detail you require. 

Further support on Coaching Packages are available with the opportunity to revisit your progress and challenges on either a weekly or fortnightly basis. 

**Further investigation: sometimes during the initial consultation it can be mutually agreed that more information is required before we proceed. It could be decided that specific blood tests, genetic testing and/or referral to a specialist might be needed.

What to Expect of an Initial Consultation

A thorough assessment of your health background, nutritional needs, lifestyle habits, and your goals and concerns. I invite all my clients to do a food journal via an app, to give me a more detailed view of what needs to be addressed. Completing a food journal is entirely optional prior to an Initial Consultation and will not be suitable for people with a past or current eating disorder.

I will follow up our session with an email summarising my findings and an outline of a proposed plan, including some immediate adjustments you can start addressing immediately. 

With Lifestyle Medicine at the core of what I do, I will address whatever your goals or concerns are and with compassion and empathy, we will focus together, on the cause and not just the symptoms, to help you achieve them. 

A detailed bespoke plan will be created for you should you want Ongoing Support, and it will be discussed if necessary during a Foundation Session (optional) prior to your Coaching Package commencing.



Coaching Packages & Bespoke Plans

Ongoing Support is available to those who want to be guided more closely and are looking for feedback on how to overcome life challenges and continue to stay true to their goals and values by building a practice of self-awareness, compassion and kindness to one-self. I will help you shape your behaviour to achieve your desired goals and maintain your results. 

Coaching Packages (bundles of follow up sessions) are available in various lengths with support either weekly or fortnightly. You will be provided with a Wholesome Lifestyle Plan, with supporting content for your journey including recipes. Your plan will explore the Six Fundamental Pillars of Lifestyle Medicine and will provide you with the science and actions you can take to improve each key aspect. 

Prior to any Coaching Package commencing, I offer an optional Foundation Session where we discuss your document and any questions you may have. This is a separate session of 1 hour and is not part of the Coaching Package.

During the Foundation Session we will review the planned strategy, identify the steps that need to be implemented to get started and ensure the information provided in your Wholesome Lifestyle Plan is clear.
